Assess your location
Our team will carefully examine and measure your space to ensure that you have chosen the safest, easiest, and most efficient area for your playground. This information will give our design team.
Design your idea
Next, the design team will give you the first sketches to test ideas and find the perfect design.
Sign of the contract
It’s an essential step in the process. If you agree with our design and products, we will discuss and sign the contract.
Install and maintain equipment
Our experienced and professional crew installs your equipment. We will perform consistent maintenance and repairs on your playground to keep it in its best shape.
Save information in our database
We save your project and information for warranty and maintenance equipment.
MAINTENANCE AND WARRANTY EQUIPMENT PROCESS
Register equipment warranty for customer
Receive warranty requests from the customer or maintain equipment every three months
Preview and report equipment issue (if any)
Make a warranty/ maintenance plan and propose the costs (if any)
Maintain equipment if customer confirm
Make maintenance/ warranty inspection from the customer
